      目的:观察人参皂苷Rg1对运动性疲劳模型大鼠血清、骨骼肌和肝丙二醛(MDA)含量,红细胞、骨骼肌和肝超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法:将30只雄性SD大鼠,随机均分为人参皂苷Rg1组(50 mg/kg)、模型组(0.1 ml/kgN.S.)和空白组(0.1 ml/kgN.S.),给药组和模型组于灌胃1 h后进行中等运动强度的水平跑台运动,每天1次,连续14天。随后取材、检测上述指标。结果:与模型组比较,人参皂苷Rg1组血清、骨骼肌和肝MDA含量均有显著降低(均有P<0.01);红细胞

      Objective:This report describes the functional system of Ginsenoside Rg1 to resist oxidation based on the experiment on the effects of Ginsenoside Rg1 on SOD activity and MDA content of the rats with exercise-induced fatigue.Methods:In the experiment,thirty male SD rats were divided into 3 groups randomly:Ginsenoside Rg1 group,Model group and Control group.The rats in Ginsenoside Rg1 group were lavaged with Ginsenoside Rg1 once a day while the rats in Model and Control groups were lavaged with normal saline of the same quantity.After one hour the rats of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Model groups did treadmill exercise with medium intensity for 20 minutes at the speed of 15m/min and with a slope of 0 degree,and after 40-mimute break did it for another 20minutes.Fourteen days later,MDA content and SOD activity have been tested.Results:The result has shown:(1) SOD activity of erythrocyte,muscle tissue and liver tissue in Ginsenoside Rg1 group is obviously higher than that in Model group,P<0.01 ;(2) MDA content of serum,muscle tissue and liver tissue in Ginsenoside Rg1 group is obviously lower than that in Model group,P<0.01.Conclusion:In conclusion,Ginsenoside Rg1 is able to resist fatigue because it can improve the antioxidant capacity of the rats with exercise-induced fatigue and decrease free radical and Lipid Peroxide.
