| 通过系统阐述中医“治未病”思想的核心内涵，将其核心理念“未病”重构阐释为“未来可能发生或变化的疾病”，构建一个覆盖疾病“发生—发展—转归”全周期的动态认知与实践框架。现深入剖析“未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复”三大实践维度的理论源流与操作逻辑，并在此基础上，从哲学根基、干预逻辑、周期覆盖及学科定位等多个维度，与建立在群体医学基础上的现代预防医学进行范式比较。这一内涵重构不仅廓清了“治未病”思想的学术边界，凸显了其以“人”为中心、强调前瞻性预判与个体化干预的独特优势，也为其在当代精准医学与全生命周期健康管理语境下的价值转化提供了清晰的学理路径。 |

| By systematically elaborating the core connotation of the thought of "Prevention of Disease" in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),this paper reconstructs and interprets its core concept "Wei Bing" (pre-disease) as "diseases that may occur or change in the future", and constructs a dynamic cognitive and practical framework covering the whole cycle of disease "occurrence-development-prognosis". This paper deeply analyzes the theoretical origin and operational logic of the three practical dimensions: "preventing disease before its occurrence, preventing progression of existing disease, and preventing recurrence after recovery". On this basis, a paradigm comparison is conducted with modern preventive medicine based on population medicine from multiple dimensions, including philosophical foundation, intervention logic, cycle coverage and disciplinary positioning. This connotation reconstruction not only clarifies the academic boundary of the thought of "Prevention of Disease", highlights its unique advantages of being "human-centered" and emphasizing prospective prediction and individualized intervention, but also provides a clear academic path for its value transformation in the context of contemporary precision medicine and full-life-cycle health management. |
