| 肺结节检出率日益增高，并在一定程度上有癌变的风险，应引起足够的临床关注。冯毅从通补兼施理论出发，认为
肺结节属本虚标实之病，其病因病机为肺脾两虚、痰瘀互结，治以补肺健脾、化痰祛瘀，并自创芪红通络方，取得了良好的临
床疗效。现介绍冯毅从通补兼施治疗肺结节的临床经验和典型医案，为临床治疗肺结节提供参考。 |

| The detection rate of pulmonary nodules is increasingly higher with certain risks of malignancy to some extent, which warrants
due clinical attention. Based on the Tonifying and Supplementing Simultaneously theory, FENG Yi holds that pulmonary nodules belong to
deficiency in origin and excess in manifestation, whose pathogenesis involves dual deficiency of lung and spleen with phlegm-blood stasis
intermingling. The treatment should focus on tonifying the lung, fortifying the spleen, resolving phlegm and dispelling stasis. He created
the Qihong Tongluo Decoction which has achieved remarkable clinical efficacy. This article introduces FENG Yi's clinical experience
and typical medical cases in treating pulmonary nodules with Tonifying and Supplementing Simultaneously approach, aiming to provide
references for clinical practice. |
