| 目的：通过文献计量学与数据挖掘分析针刺治疗心脾两虚型原发性失眠的文献特征及选穴规律。方法：检索中国知识
资源总库（CNKI）、维普资讯中文期刊数据库（VIP）、万方数据知识服务平台（Wanfang）、PubMed、Cochrane Library 数据库
建库至2022 年12 月收录的有关针刺治疗心脾两虚型原发性失眠的随机对照试验研究文献，建立数据库进行统计分析，并运用
Apriori 算法对腧穴进行关联规则分析且绘制共现网络图，采用SPSS 26.0 软件进行组间聚类法分析。结果：共纳入51 篇文献，
文献发布数量总体呈上升趋势，发表期刊以普通期刊为主；共使用了14 种不同组合的干预措施，以传统针刺为主；使用频次较
高的腧穴为神门、三阴交、脾俞、心俞、百会；腧穴分布归经以足太阳膀胱经频次最高；腧穴分布部位最多的在头颈部；特定穴
中以交会穴使用频次最多；关联性最强的穴组为心俞- 脾俞；聚类分析可将腧穴分为5 大有效聚类群。结论：针刺治疗心脾两
虚型原发性失眠重视调心补脾安神，核心处方为心俞、脾俞、神门、三阴交、百会，可为临床治疗提供参考依据。 |

| Objective: To analyze the literature characteristics and acupoint selection rules of acupuncture for primary insomnia of heart
spleen deficiency type by means of bibliometrics and data mining. Methods: Randomized controlled trial (RCT) literatures on acupuncture
for primary insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency type, published from the establishment of databases to December 2022, were retrieved from
China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP Chinese Journal Database, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, PubMed and
The Cochrane Library. A database was established for statistical analysis.The Apriori algorithm was used to conduct association rule analysis
on acupoints and draw a co-occurrence network diagram, and SPSS 26.0 software was adopted for inter-group cluster analysis. Results: A
total of 51 literatures were included, and the number of published literatures showed an overall upward trend,with most of them published in
general journals. Fourteen different combinations of intervention measures were adopted, among which traditional acupuncture was the main
one.The acupoints with high frequency of use were Shenmen (HT7), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Pishu (BL20), Xinshu (BL15) and Baihui (GV20).The
meridians with the highest frequency of acupoint distribution were the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang. Most acupoints were distributed in
the head and neck. Among the specific acupoints, crossing acupoints had the highest frequency of use. The acupoint group with the strongest
correlation was Xinshu (BL15)-Pishu (BL20). Cluster analysis divided the acupoints into 5 effective clusters. Conclusion: Acupuncture for
primary insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency type focuses on regulating the heart, tonifying the spleen and tranquilizing the mind. The core
acupoint prescription includes Xinshu (BL15), Pishu (BL20), Shenmen (HT7), Sanyinjiao (SP6) and Baihui (GV20), which can provide a
reference for clinical treatment. |
