| 目的：探讨揿针联合硫酸吗啡栓在癌痛安宁疗护患者中的疗效。方法：选取赣州市肿瘤医院2022 年9 月—2024 年
5 月收治的癌痛安宁疗护患者76 例，按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组，各38 例。对照组予硫酸吗啡栓治疗，观察组予
揿针联合硫酸吗啡栓治疗，比较2 组镇痛效果、睡眠质量、生活质量、癌因性疲乏、实验室指标及不良反应。结果：观察组镇
痛效果较对照组好（P<0 .05）；2 组治疗7 d 后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、Piper 疲乏修订量表（PFS-R）评分均降低，
生活质量量表（QOL）评分均升高，且观察组变化均更显著（P<0 .05）；2 组治疗7 d 后的白细胞介素6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α
（TNF-α）水平均降低，且观察组均更低（P<0 .05）；观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低（P<0 .05）。结论：癌痛安宁疗护患
者采用揿针联合硫酸吗啡栓镇痛治疗效果较好，可改善睡眠与生活质量，减轻癌因性疲乏，降低实验室指标水平，且安全性好。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of thumbtack acupuncture combined with morphine sulfate suppositories in patients
with cancer pain undergoing hospice care. Methods: A total of 76 patients with cancer pain receiving hospice care in Ganzhou Cancer
Hospital from September 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the
random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with morphine sulfate suppositories alone, while
the observation group was given thumbtack acupuncture combined with morphine sulfate suppositories. The analgesic effect, sleep quality,
quality of life, cancer-related fatigue, laboratory indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The
analgesic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After 7 days of treatment, the scores
of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Piper Fatigue Scale-Revised (PFS-R) in both groups were decreased, while the score of
Quality of Life Scale (QOL) was increased, with more significant changes in the observation group (P<0.05). The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-
6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in both groups were reduced after 7 days of treatment, and the reduction in the observation group
was more obvious (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Thumbtack acupuncture combined with morphine sulfate suppositories exerts a favorable analgesic effect in patients with
cancer pain undergoing hospice care. It can improve sleep quality and quality of life, alleviate cancer-related fatigue, reduce the levels of
relevant laboratory indicators, and has good safety. |
