| 中药产业是我国医药体系的重要组成部分，在健康中国战略中发挥着独特作用，而中药产业人才的质量直接影响到
中药产业的发展水平。通过对新质生产力背景下中药产业发展变化的探讨，分析新质人才应具备的知识、能力、素养要求。
结合当前高校中药产业人才培养面临的专业培养目标定位与产业需求脱节、课程设置交叉融合不够、复合型教师资源相对缺
乏、产教融合深度不足、创新能力培养机制不完善、文化传承与科技创新融合不够等问题，提出5 条具体实施路径，即加强
思想引领，坚定文化自信；调整专业设置，更新课程内容；创新教学模式，提升实践能力；强化校企合作，推动产教融合；促
进交叉融合，优化教师队伍。 |

| The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry is an important component of China's medical system and plays a unique role
in the Healthy China strategy.The quality of talents in the TCM industry directly affects the development level of the TCM industry.Through
the discussion of the development changes of the TCM industry under the background of new quality productivity; the knowledge,ability and
quality requirements that new quality talents should possess are analyzed. In light of the current problems faced by the cultivation of talents
in the TCM industry in colleges and universities, such as the disconnection between the professional training objective positioning and
industrial demands,insufficient cross-integration in curriculum settings,relatively scarce resources of compound teachers,insufficient depth
of industry-education integration, imperfect mechanism for cultivating innovation ability, and insufficient integration of cultural inheritance
and scientific and technological innovation, five specific implementation paths are proposed,namely,strengthening ideological guidance and
firming up cultural onfidence;adjust the professional settings and update the course content;innovate teaching models and enhance practical
abilities; strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and promote the integration of industry and education;promote cross-integration and
optimize the teaching staff. |
