| 枫荷梨为五加科树参属植物树参或变叶树参的根、茎或树皮,具有祛风除湿、活血止痛的功效。该药材广泛使用于
民间,其单方及复方制剂主要用于治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎等疾病,但其抗炎药效物质基础及作用机制研究尚处于初步阶
段。现代研究表明,枫荷梨植物具有抗炎、抗氧化、降低血尿酸等作用,苯丙素类化合物是其主要的化学成分,此外,还含有
苯甲酸及其衍生物类、脂肪烃类、黄酮类等。现对枫荷梨植物的化学成分、药理活性及应用研究进行系统的文献总结和分析,
以期为该药材的合理用药及综合开发提供科学依据。 |

| Medicinal plants of Fengheli including Dendropanax dentiger (Harms) Merr. and Dendropanax (Champ.) Benth., which the
medicinal parts were roots, stems and barks. It has been commonly used for hundreds of years as sole or in complex preparation for the
treatment of rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, and other inflammatory diseases. However, there are few non-systemic studies on the material
basis and mechanisms of Fengheli so far as well. The crude extracts or pure compounds from Fengheli showed anti-inflammatory, anti
oxidant, reduce blood uric acid activities, and etc. In addition, previous phytochemical studies on Fengheli have indicated that Benzoic
acid and its derivatives aliphatic hydrocarbons and flavonoids are the major constituents of these plants. In this paper, we are systematic
summarizing and analyzing of chemical constituents, pharmacological activities and clinical application of folk medicine Fengheli. It
provides the foundation for the rational use of drugs and comprehensive development of Fengheli. |
