| 骨关节炎（OA）是一类常见的慢性致残性疾病。随着全球老龄化加重，骨关节炎患病人数逐年递增，积极探索治疗
OA 方法具有重要意义。Toll 样受体TLRs 信号通路与OA 的发生和发展关系密切，该信号通路的异常激活与关节软骨破坏、
软骨下骨损伤、关节滑膜炎症等相关。研究表明中医药可通过干预TLRs 信号通路治疗OA。该文介绍了TLRs 信号通路，根
据中药单体、中药复方和中医理疗基于TLRs 信号通路治疗OA 作用机制的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common chronic disabling disease.With the global aging trend, the incidence of OA has been increasing
annually.It is of great significance to actively explore methods for the treatment of OA. TLRs signaling pathway is closely related to the
occurrence and development of OA. Abnormal activation of this signaling pathway is associated with articular cartilage destruction,
subchondral bone injury, and joint synovitis. Research suggests that TLRs signaling pathways through intervention of Chinese medicine
treatment of OA. This article introduces the TLRs signaling pathway, and reviews the research how mechanism of action of single drugs,
Compound Herbal Medicine and physiotherapy interventions target this pathway for treating OA. |
