| 动脉粥样硬化（AS）是引发心血管疾病的重要病理基础，巨噬细胞焦亡在AS 形成与发展的过程中起着重要作用。
近年来，中医药在调控巨噬细胞焦亡防治AS 的研究方面取得了显著成果，尤其是在细胞因子、炎症反应、基因表达等方面
的深入探究，为AS 的治疗提供了新思路。通过以巨噬细胞焦亡为切入点，总结了中医药防治AS 的研究进展，为AS 的临床
治疗提供理论依据。 |

| Atherosclerosis (AS) is an important pathological basis for causing cardiovascular diseases, and macrophage pyroptosis plays a
significant role in the process of the formation and development of AS. In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable
results in the research on regulating macrophage pyroptosis to prevent and treat AS. In particular,the in-depth exploration in aspects such as
cytokines, inflammatory responses, and gene expression has provided a new entry point for the treatment of AS. This review summarizes the
research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating AS, and provides a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of
AS based on macrophage pyroptosis. |
